Jadwal survei akan dikoordinasikan minimal 2x24 jam sebelum kedatangan tim operasional melalui kontak yang terdaftar.
Pemilik wajib memastikan seluruh data informasi properti dan nomor NIB yang diserahkan adalah sah dan valid secara hukum.
Proses pendaftaran ini merupakan tahap kurasi awal dan tidak mengikat kedua belah pihak secara finansial hingga *Management Agreement* resmi ditandatangani.
By registering the villa, the owner agrees to grant our Business Development (BD) team access to conduct a site survey (showing) for asset feasibility assessment.
The survey schedule will be coordinated at least 2x24 hours prior to the operational team's arrival via the registered contact.
The owner must ensure that all property information and NIB numbers submitted are legally valid and authentic.
This registration process is an initial curation stage and does not financially bind either party until the *Management Agreement* is officially signed.

Document Encryption: All uploaded legal documents (NIB, property certificates, etc.) will be encrypted and stored on our secure servers.
Owner Confidentiality: Personal contact data (Email, Phone) will only be used for operational and negotiation purposes.
No Third Parties: We are committed to not selling, renting, or distributing your property data to third-party agents without the owner's written consent.
